Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of templates, scripts, plugins, and 3D models are final. Once a download link has been generated or the product has been accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
• Technical Defect: If the product is fundamentally broken and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of being notified.
• Non-Download: If you have not yet initiated a download of the product.

3. Services

For custom development or design services, refunds are handled according to the specific service agreement signed at the start of the project. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at amstudiosmedialk@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

5. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy or fraudulent behavior.
